Staff were ready to help, RELIABLE hotel. Room was functional, heated and I appreciated it. Tasty breakfast, personalised service. Ideal location, 5 minutes' walk to Kailua-Kona Wharf. The pool was very clean and I had bottled drinks in the rooftop bar.
